Im not especially fond of the round bubble things you added, but oh well, I agree about the exposure of the background a lil too bright... DIstracting from the apparent subject. other than that its a nice photo.

yes I tryed to crop the bg, and it seems to me that it was better with the background, but I was wrong

I'd say the balcony and other architecture make this shot more romantic, so keep it in! The exposure helps to give it a bit of a depth of field, and pushes the people forward in space, but it may be a little bright (maybe drop the contrast instead of brightening it).

Maybe redo the shot in the exact same location, same time of day, same pose and firends, but move them slightly to the left to obscure the trash cans in the back, and make sure nobody is to their right. behind them The amount of buildings is good at the top of the shot, but maybe compose it so that their faces are slightly above the center of the image.

you know it was a spontaneous shot, I just saw them kissing under the rain. it was just in front of our high school, so that's why there is poeple at the right...
I don't know if I'll take it again, I think it's because it's a spontaneous portrait that I like it...

I'd vote to keep the balcony! It adds a romantic touch to it, and conjures up a feeling of an earlier, more nostalgic time. But then, I'd also say drop the contrast on the background a little bit, and see if you can darken the sky a little bit too. But just enough to not be so bright.
